Christianity, Persecution, Obama, Islam, and the Pope
- Obama and the Pope
- President Obama chosen by Allah to lead his people, Obama declares our two faiths, is this his Muslem faith and the Christian faith being epitomized by the Catholic church as the mother of all Christian faith?
Signaling the end to centuries of hostilities, Pope Francis and United States President, Barack Hussein Obama today, signed a historic agreement in which each formally committed to future cooperation in bringing the two ‘great religions’ together, marking the beginning of what each side hopes will usher in a new era of working together to bring about world peace.
Following the brief signing, the Pope was quoted as saying,
“It brings infinite joy to my heart to realize that myself and his holiness, President Obama, have been chosen by our Gods to pursue this truly miraculous path. Just as I have been chosen by my Christ, President Obama was chosen by Allah to lead his people in these challenging and difficult times of such strife.”
President Obama, in a brief speech, promised his full cooperation and that of his country, in the building of better relations between Catholics and Muslims, stating,
“Our two faiths have been too far apart for far too long. It is time we bring the two greatest religions on this Earth together and as one, becoming a force for good rather than enmity.”

Turkey and Libya updates Shoebat.com has been reporting on intense persecution of Christians. See source for this update here…
It was noted that there were reported attacks on Kessab, a predominately Christian Armenian city of 50 thousand inhabitants in which over 80 Armenian Christians were massacred and today we obtained footage of further attacks on Christians in Samra.
The Armenian-American community stands united in seeking to reverse the events of the last several days, which has seen militant extremists stream into Kessab from Turkey. We are strongly urging our government, led by President [Barack] Obama and congressional leaders, to send a firm message to Ankara that the safe haven and safe passage being offered to these militant groups intent on destroying Kessab must end … Turkey’s facilitation of al-Qaeda affiliated foreign fighters and their attacks on innocent civilians in Syria undermines ongoing US and international efforts to bring peace to a country ravaged by violence for far too long. For Armenians in the region and around the world, Turkey’s actions are a horrifying and bitter reminder of the genocide committed against the Armenian, Pontian and Syriac communities by Ottoman Turkish authorities from 1915-1923.
Libya turmoil and Egypt warnings
Libya is also in turmoil and persecution of Christians is ongoing, but all people entering the nation are advised not to go as per this warning from Egypt.
A Christian man in the Libyan city of Behghazi was shot dead today by Muslim gunmen.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry made this recent statement warning to people in Libya concerning their safety:
The ministry renews its warnings to Egyptian citizens against travelling to Libya. Egyptians already in Libya have to exercise the maximum caution for their safety in view of the critical security and political situation in Libya. source
