Computer break ‘get up and take a Walk.’ For many years now I have been writing, publishing, and doing our websites. It contains a lot of sitting, computer, and brain work. It is very hard to break away from this, but as I continue to do this; I realize that stretching, working out, and walking is in order. I write this today to remind myself and my family to get exercise, but also you dear reader. Put away the important things and get outside. Go take a 30 minute walk!
Our goal around here is to walk more and do more at the club. Today in America there are many jobs that entail computer work. It is a hard thing to continue to do and still get regular exercise for many is hard. When you go to work early, and then get off, drive home in heavy traffic, and when you get home; you’re tired.
So take a walk today!
