LEFT BEHIND VIDEO GAME VIOLENCE AND KILLING
The spirit of violence is corrupting the church today. (Gen 6:5), reveals the imaginations of their thoughts were evil with every thought, purpose, wish, desire, motive were incurably poisoned.
The new “Left Behind, Eternal Forces,” is scheduled to be released sometime in 2006, inspired by the best-selling Left Behind book series. The Video Game includes violence and killing. Left Behind Games was founded on October 23, 2001 for the purpose of developing Video & PC Games based upon the world renowned ALeft Behind@ Series, top selling fiction series of all time of 63 million books, translated into more than 30 languages and new releases continue in the Novel Series (14 books), the Kid==s Series (40 books), the Graphic Novels (10 releases), the Audio Drama Series.
VIOLENCE - THE WICKEDNESS OF MAN WAS GREAT (Gen. 6:5).
God gave an awful character to the inhabitants of the antediluvian world! AThe earth also was corrupt before God, and filled with violence, (Gen 6:11-13).
All was corrupt within, and all unrighteous without. Neither the science nor practice of religion existed, godliness gone, and every form of sound words had disappeared. Wholly sensual, the desires of the mind overwhelmed and lost in the desires of the flesh, their souls no longer discerning their high destiny, but ever minding earthly things, so that they were sensualist, brutalized, and become flesh, incarnated so as not to retain God in their knowledge. They lived sought their portion in this life, so that the whole earth was corrupt was filled with violence before God.
PROMOTION OF VIOLENCE AND EVIL
Gary Bauman of Left Behind Games, the producers of the game, the game offers warfare. Bauman says: The Bible contains stories about warfare and historical accounts of violent battles. Our game based on the Book of Revelation, we’re offering gamers a chance to participate in a fictionalized story about the ultimate apocalyptic battle the end of the world.

A Newsweek article, “Left Behind Games” CEO Troy Lyndon, company went public in February, says the game’s Christian themes will grab the audience that didn’t mind gore in ‘The Passion of the Christ.’”
The Left Behind Games Advisory Board includes representation from several organizations including Campus Crusade, AOL Time Warner, and Purpose Driven. Mark Carver is Executive Director for Purpose Driven Church. Left Behind Games signed a contract with Tyndale House publishers (published the Left Behind series) for the game rights.
Ingrid Schlueter of Slice of Laodicea is concerned about the violence the game will be promoting: “Does it make a difference if game players are shooting the armies of ‘Antichrist’ or cops in Grand Theft Auto?” While many mega-churches, such as Saddleback, may heartedly promote this violent game, it does not represent the views of all Christians.
March 6, 2006 issue - Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition: “Christians are finally getting a high-caliber shoot-’em-up video game of their own. Due out on PCs in the second half of 2006, Left Behind: Eternal Forces is the first game adapted from the blockbuster books by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins. Gamers familiar with the largely uninspiring and unprofitable history of Christian video games will quickly notice two differences in Forces: the top-shelf design, which offers an eerily authentic reproduction of the game’s Manhattan setting, and a level of violence reminiscent of Grand Theft Auto. The game revolves around New Yorkers who are “left behind” after the rapture. Players scour the streets for converts, training them into a work force to feed, shelter and join a paramilitary resistance against the growing forces of the Antichrist.
Left Behind Games CEO Troy Lyndon, whose company went public in February, says the game’s Christian themes will grab the audience that didn’t mind gore in “The Passion of the Christ.” “We’ve thought through how the Christian right and the liberal left will slam us,” says Lyndon. “But mega churches are very likely to embrace this game.” Though it will be marketed directly to congregations, Forces will also have a secular ad campaign in gaming magazines.
ENSNARED BY SATAN AND HIS ARM OF EVIL SPIRITS OF VIOLENCE
Why are many Christian leaders promoting iniquity and wickedness? Jesus gave a solemn warning in (Matt 7:21‑24 21), ANot everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.@ Billions are ensnared by Satan. They will never be delivered unless the church awakens to its lost spiritual inheritance.
LOST PREACHERS
When these rich, egotistic, self-centered preachers stand before God’s judgment bar; Abut Jesus, I was a successful preacher having the biggest church, mansions, best cars and yachts, best jewelry, best clothes, supporting a few poor people, sending our used clothes to them, checking their Social Security cards and if they didn’t=t have one, we=d escort them out of the church. Popular, on television a dozen times every week, appearing on the international secular television networks, teaching people to confess and have positive thoughts by giving MY church or MY MINISTRY tithes and offerings. I had the biggest computer- game room, swimming and supporting Christian rock bands and I had the largest youth group in town.@
“Depart from Me ye workers of iniquity!”
