Wyoming and North Dakota top Best Run States in America Survey
They are the best run states in the nation. Wyoming made number two and North Dakota number one on the list of states in a recent survey on the best and worst run states in America. While the worst run state in the nation is Illinois, listed on the 24/7 Wall St. survey. More people left Illinois than moved there. Illinois Debt per capita is the 11th highest and their unemployment rate is the 3rd highest at 9.2%.

World Watches as Saudis Block OPEC Oil Output Cut
Energy, oil, gas, crude, make the world go around; well it keeps the lights on and the power running! Which is why the markets, that if it were not for oil, crude, etc., there would be no markets or modern technology to track all this stuff.
I can guarantee you that the World Watches as the Saudis Blocked the OPEC oil output cut, which immediately sent oil into a tailspin. The market watchers are pains in the kester [slang]. They are like rats on a hot tin roof which dances around constantly but never leave the roof. These people either send shares higher or lower or keep them the same if they are making money. It is about money and even around these parts oil, coal, gas, sulfur, and many other minerals are what makes the economy go around. Of course we do have tourism! But from the Powder River basin to the Bakken patches and on to the Canadian oil sands; oil is a commodity which today in America have brought back the Oh in oil. Oh, at last we in this country won’t be so dependent on foreign oil.
