Harvard Study: “Eat at Home Avoid this Disease.” There is no doubt that we do eat at home more than ever before. It is because that the food you find in almost all places in town here that people eat out in, is no good for your diet. Really, I have always wondered why in our neck of the woods, we have so many restaurants that serve the same food. It is bad, high in calories and cholesterol, low in fiber, and really does not help your health.

I know this kind of food, where it comes from, how it is prepared, what happens behind the scenes in the kitchen. The stories I could tell you would turn you off from ever eating out again. But in the end as a former Professional Chef, F & Bev Manager, GM, and Owner of my own businesses; I like to eat out once in awhile. The biz is in my blood, so to speak. Yet the food is not good many times but it is food I was keen to serve to my guests. Really, we did not know so much about these things as we do now! So watch what you eat out and avoid Type2 Diabetes. This Harvard study reveals that if you Eat at Home you will be less likely to develop it. Of course there are other things you can also get from eating out, but that is another article.
