It is the #WordofGod here that can heal, deliver, and save the #childrenofIsrael. #Judah after the captivity will find a time of God's #forgiveness and #deliverance. #Isaiah is prophesying of comfort to come at a time when Judah after 70 years of captivity finds that the #LordGod will bring them out of Babylon into their own land.
