Fiery Trials was included in the Apostle Peters epistle to those #Christians living in the #RomanEmpire. The fuel for #persecution was there and in time; #intense #troubles for #believers throughout the empire this occurred up to the end of the Roman state. Today we still are listening to #Peter's words. Especially the phrase "beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial, which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened." In #America we could believe that it is a strange thing here to face trials and intense troubles which would include persecution of #Christians.
