Verified Purchase I have read this book thoroughly, and it is quite a page turner. The author, Dana Glenn Smith, wrote The Rising before all the riots erupted across America. He doesn't have a crystal ball, but he relies on the input provided by our Lord. Some folks will ask if it is possible for treasonous forces inside America to be actively trying to bring America down. The forces of the evil darkness will do whatever it takes, to satisfy their dark lord. Pick up The Rising, you'll be glad that you did.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat, I had a hard time putting this book down. It has a few surprises along the way. I have to say there are a few characters that are my favorite, the Uncle, Tiger, the Uncle's best friend, the Pastor and his wife and the relative of the Uncle. Steel the Darkness is an enjoyable read and leaves the ending wide open for another one. The Col is an evil man, one that seems to be out for only one thing, The destruction of human souls. Within this group you may think there are #denominations. While you can find such things, the hatred of those attacking Christians is beyond all given prejudice regarding what denomination you may belong to. If it is a #church, centers in any way on Jesus Christ, and has a #cross; then you are targeted. Your family is targeted, you jobs, your food, in short; everything is on the line. In one short, quick movement; you are facing Deaths door with the #FaithofJesusChrist on the line. While there are many troubles globally, and while this affects all people as well; the #bloodofChristians is being spilled more and more. If they are not dead, they are #tortured, put in #cages, #jails, #seclusion, and finally #death. This is the new reality that many in the #UN and many #nations ignore.

Grace Time Trouble, here in #Isaiah’s #prophetic arena; it means that those serving the #Lord God can find #Grace in #Time of #Trouble. Looking around today, we find lots of believers in our God and Father and our #LordJesus [Yeshua] #Christ who need this grace for deliverance and sustenance. In Judah’s time this references a period when #Assyria moves through the land and stops at the gates of #Jerusalem. Through some time we have been moving through Isaiah’s account and words here. In Chapter 33, it is no different and we have a time set here of Fourteen years into #Hezekiah’s reign. At this time date we also find the Assyrians are already in #Judah. This chapter brings the prophetic utterances of Gods interventions, his declarations, and his moving to deliver Judah. A reminder today that God indeed, through #Yeshua is our ultimate source of grace in the time of trouble.

For without #faith, sayeth He; “it is impossible to please God, for he that cometh to God must believe he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. This follows what Paul brings forth as the “law of faith” where a persona is #justified by faith without the deeds of the law.” Abraham so long ago believed the #LORD. He who is Perfect said that believing or having faith in the God who spoke to Him, Abraham was thus #righteous, for it was accounted to him for righteousness sake because he did believe the Lord.

Righteous Reign Appears in the latest chapter of #Isaiah. This is chapter 32 and part 80. The #judgments of the #LORD are centered in His #justice and righteousness. There are many who attacked our God and his judgments defiantly. However, I have taught throughout this that the judgments are #redemptive. Even in the New Testament, the phrase “as many as I love I rebuke and Chasten, be Zealous; therefore and Repent.” This phrase is from #Revelation 3:19 in a letter to the Laodicean church. In time though, #Judah will forget this and judgment at the hands of the Lord will send Babylon to send Judah into captivity. That too, will be justice, righteousness, and redemptive.

Inexcusable Book of Romans reminds us ‘Inexcusable’ is the fourth word in Romans chapter two, verse one. It comes on the heels of another word of warning of judgment of men in regard to the sins they openly commit in the last few sentences of Romans chapter one. Instead of raw carnal sins in Romans one, we find that judging another man is the issue. Here we find in the Roman city that Paul is addressing Jews who are criticizing Gentiles.
