Verified Purchase I have read this book thoroughly, and it is quite a page turner. The author, Dana Glenn Smith, wrote The Rising before all the riots erupted across America. He doesn't have a crystal ball, but he relies on the input provided by our Lord. Some folks will ask if it is possible for treasonous forces inside America to be actively trying to bring America down. The forces of the evil darkness will do whatever it takes, to satisfy their dark lord. Pick up The Rising, you'll be glad that you did.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat, I had a hard time putting this book down. It has a few surprises along the way. I have to say there are a few characters that are my favorite, the Uncle, Tiger, the Uncle's best friend, the Pastor and his wife and the relative of the Uncle. Steel the Darkness is an enjoyable read and leaves the ending wide open for another one. The Col is an evil man, one that seems to be out for only one thing, The destruction of human souls. There is a lost glory of Americanism, that ideal for which many have fought and died for. The departure from England at the beginning of our nation was one to create a new world and lose the old European system. There are many Patriots today in America. They come in all sizes, shapes, and races. The attraction to freedom and the constitutional guarantees is not bitten off because of race or sex. Freedom is innately in the soul. It feeds the appetite for that freedom which began so long ago. My own Grandfather and Great Grandfather knew of this well. As did our many forebears in our own family. Eden From the East
Again this is a fascinating and biblical journey, we embarked on Eden from the East. We pointedly look at the scripture and also the prophetic revelations of this Journey. Eden became known as the original Paradise from whence man was driven. There is no doubt that I and it goes without saying my wife also would like to find the original site of Eden. It would be nice if it were intact. Today many try to place this Paradise on a map and say here it is folks. Archeologists and explorers have gone in search of the biblical Eden. The point here is that in the biblical description we know a river went out of Eden to water the garden, the area called Paradise. This river flowed out and into the Garden to water it. The Brit Chadasha, with the word Brit meaning New and Chadasha meaning covenant is our New Testament. You can no more take the Tanakh out or ignore it than any other scripture. Tanakh is the Jewish Bible, also called the Hebrew bible. It is also the Old Testament portion of the bible to Christians today, however the Hebrew bible is divided into portions.
