Verified Purchase I have read this book thoroughly, and it is quite a page turner. The author, Dana Glenn Smith, wrote The Rising before all the riots erupted across America. He doesn't have a crystal ball, but he relies on the input provided by our Lord. Some folks will ask if it is possible for treasonous forces inside America to be actively trying to bring America down. The forces of the evil darkness will do whatever it takes, to satisfy their dark lord. Pick up The Rising, you'll be glad that you did.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat, I had a hard time putting this book down. It has a few surprises along the way. I have to say there are a few characters that are my favorite, the Uncle, Tiger, the Uncle's best friend, the Pastor and his wife and the relative of the Uncle. Steel the Darkness is an enjoyable read and leaves the ending wide open for another one. The Col is an evil man, one that seems to be out for only one thing, The destruction of human souls. But this love puts the Gospel into action with showing that love works no evil. It loves your neighbor. Israel Contending with the LORD Classic Warn Radio
Israel Contending with the Lord on Classic Warn Radio. Israel, her own people; proved to be their own worst enemy. Israel out of bondage, yet flesh and carnal minds bound by years of Egyptian influence had to be removed. As in all of us, the world and the flesh must go.
Lord led Israel the “longer way around”, lest Israel “i.e. the people change their minds” when faced with war. It was imperative to the Lord to get Israel out! Israel did not have this same idea in regard to this, for many times they wanted to go back to Egypt.
Israel in typical fashion today exemplifies many Christians and churches. It also reminds us of America. So too, with Israel coming out of Egypt, Egypt had to be removed from Israel. This was the task; the Lord was going to do. It would be Moses that would face Israel down in many different troubles that faced these people who came out of Egypt.

In Johns Day, the words “it is the last time” also speaks volumes. If it was the “last time” in his day, what is the #prophetic #time today. To be sure, it is later than you think. While the #wrath of #God tribulation is not here yet, #tribulation and #trouble are found worldwide. For #Christians especially. We know that the #Judgment must first begin at the #HouseofGod, then it will move to the #unbelievers and those who do not honor the #Gospel of #JesusChrist. As for liars, John speaks volumes “whoever denies Jesus is the Christ” is a liar and antichrist. #Antichrist #Antichristian behooves us to put this litmus test to work in America and find out what you can about who we really are. More and more, the division in this nation is widening. Today, the Christ of the Faith, His Gospel, and His #WORD is the truth in the societies of men.

Faith Facing Temptation is when you realize that which is threatening you stands at the door. Their #armies at the #gates of the city, the #standards of the #enemy are posted all around the perimeter. The enemy whispers to you. There is no escape, or that is what they want you to think. Do not trust in your God. Do not listen to those who believe the #LordGod will be your #deliverer. Listen to fear, listen to the enemy, and do as he is saying. But #Hezekiah the good king gave a commandment to those meeting face to face with the enemy. After the enemy tells you the offer of surrender, answer him not a word. This the messengers did. As #Rabshakeh leaves to go to #Sennacherib, the #Word of the #Lord through #Isaiah gave the message to the King. This was after Isaiah and the King both making petitions to the Lord. It was a real threat, with real lives at stake; and #Jerusalem was to be taken over by the enemy. However, on this occasion it was the enemy who met with defeat. #Faith #Facing #Temptation brings us to the truth of any situation with our enemy; we make no deals, carry no truce, and stand in the #WordofGod for the only outcome we need.

In this world, powers are already setup, other powers at times challenge them. Such is the case today with #America and many other nations as they face upheaval, war, murder, and more. We are automatically subjected to those #powers on the #earth, in the earth, in the #spiritualrealm. It is through #Christ that we are set free from the #bondage of #sin and #death. His Cross His Life brings us His example. I speak of the Only #begotten #SonofGod, #JesusChrist; #Yeshua! Testifying of the #Father and bringing #redemption for all the #humanrace, we were given certain and sure Hope. #HisCross and #HisLife has been given to us. Thus, If we receive him, believe upon him, and become born again through the #SpiritofGod the #witness of the #GospelofChrist will eventually flow through us to others. The #Lord warned “if any man will come after me, let him deny himself, take up his #cross, and follow men. Further “if you save your life, you will lose it, but if you lose your life for my sake, you shall find it.” This is the cost of spreading the #gospel, teaching the gospel, and being a Christian follow of our Lord. There is no clearer message nor redeemable fortune for us than to have this #Hope in and through #Christ Jesus. Nations will come and go, but the redemption through Christ is #eternally sure and safe and will not disappoint. It is with these thoughts we do today’s show.
