Repent Return Rest finds us at Pt73 in Isaiah’s Prophetic Book. Here is the decision everyone must make. For many living in America today and in many nations; what is faced by Judah so long ago in dealing with the Prophets seems far away. In America we have the gift of prophesy and true old testament Prophets are far and few between. The rule was to Fear the Lord God and His Prophets. Yet for Israel and at Jerusalem our Lord wept over Jerusalem who “stonest the prophets.” Do we today listen to those who warn about the ways in which we live? Many instead follow a regimental Christian experience. But a good look at this teaching will tell you that we are close to those like was in Isaiah’s day.

Freedom Faith Terror are three words that differ. Even more with Faith there is Terror as the devil works through those in darkness to kill those of faith. Without Faith, it is impossible to please God. The Devil knows this, as such his aim is to destroy Christian faith anyway he can. So if a new convert to Christ Jesus is not properly trained, taught, and allowed to walk his faith as we all do, then there can be trouble for him or her. Then we know that true Freedom is found in Christ and in the midst of evil, no weapon formed against us will prosper. For the gates of Hell shall never prevail.

For today our salvation is closer than ever before. As we have believed since the dawn of Christ’s coming and his message, along with death and resurrection; the truth of being watchful and prepared is ever with us. Therefore as the apostle Paul says, “cast off the words of darkness and put on the armour of light.” it is for us to walk honestly and fully in Christ as the battle around us heats up. Rejecting Gods Word – Isaiah’s Prophetic Book Pt72 on Battle Lines

Rejecting Gods Word and the truth associated with it dates back to the beginning of man in the Garden of Eden. Adam and Eve had a choice to obey. So did Cain and Able, in the end one of the brothers died at the hand his sibling. Moses led Israel to Sinai where the covenant was given for the the people to make with Jehovah. The story of God giving His word follows through the prophets and to the houses of Israel. It gains momentum when the Lord came to testify to Israel and the world that the Messiah had arrived. After Calvary, the message of the Gospel went forward. Today we still have the message and the warning. But also this God does what he always has done, as he has said “as many as I love, I rebuke and chasten.” In our coming to the Lord and repentance, we find life in Him.
