Verified Purchase I have read this book thoroughly, and it is quite a page turner. The author, Dana Glenn Smith, wrote The Rising before all the riots erupted across America. He doesn't have a crystal ball, but he relies on the input provided by our Lord. Some folks will ask if it is possible for treasonous forces inside America to be actively trying to bring America down. The forces of the evil darkness will do whatever it takes, to satisfy their dark lord. Pick up The Rising, you'll be glad that you did.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat, I had a hard time putting this book down. It has a few surprises along the way. I have to say there are a few characters that are my favorite, the Uncle, Tiger, the Uncle's best friend, the Pastor and his wife and the relative of the Uncle. Steel the Darkness is an enjoyable read and leaves the ending wide open for another one. The Col is an evil man, one that seems to be out for only one thing, The destruction of human souls. Inexcusable Book of Romans reminds us ‘Inexcusable’ is the fourth word in Romans chapter two, verse one. It comes on the heels of another word of warning of judgment of men in regard to the sins they openly commit in the last few sentences of Romans chapter one. Instead of raw carnal sins in Romans one, we find that judging another man is the issue. Here we find in the Roman city that Paul is addressing Jews who are criticizing Gentiles. Trusting Arm of Flesh brings us to the fact of men and nations. As Psalms two warns of “heathen rage and people imagine a vain thing”, so too we find the Prophet Isaiah warns us today. Israel went down to Egypt because of the nation’s mighty army, horses, chariots, and horsemen. They were strong and mighty. Now that an enemy threatened Jerusalem, the choices were clear. So, they thought. Get help from Egypt, which marks the Trusting in the Arm of the Flesh. So too, today’s world dramatically does this. With all the technology, devices, sciences, and more; we do not understand how wrong it is to place all our trust in these things. Egypt and the surrounding nations found out the issue. So did Israel in a practical and extremely dangerous lesson to the House of Judah and to all Christians today. Whom or what do you place your trust in.

Pollution or Evolution, that is the question. Does man evolve into lawlessness within it’s society or does that people become polluted from the sin and lawlessness that surrounds them.
