They may have no faith in God or believe that he exists, but that same person believes or has faith in something or someone else. In these End of days come troubled times, events, and these make for what Paul says is Perilous Times. Events fill our days, and they make life hard to bear with. At times, it is dangerous, especially for believers in Jesus Christ around the world. For you today there is an Apocalyptic Faith battle every hour and every day. Life has a flip side. One can be the side of fear; this is a major is a battle. Another side of this battle is the side of faith, believing in and obeying the gospel of Jesus Christ. Then there’s the unbeliever, slanderer, and them that do not know God. But specifically, we look at today’s society and the vast resource of religiosity in the world. This is happening right now, two sides. One fears while the other has faith during these troublesome times.  Thus ‘treading in the steps of life, I see and encounter so many frightful things”, but in this what do I fear? Do I fear at all? Do I fear men? Do I fear religions?

What is it that while treading in my daily life that makes me sit up and take notice? One thing will do that, for sure. Take the flooding along the Mississippi river, which has made the whole nation look up and take notice. If you’re living there, you’re surely aware of it. If you lose property, life, limb, possessions along the course of this flood, then you could say with Job “that which I greatly feared has come upon me!” But yet, it takes events, end time events as these to get societies attention.

Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

Choices: Faith or Unbelief, Apocalyptic Faith Battle Perilous Prophetic Times

There is no doubt we all know what choices we have made in the past. It is also true those choices, especially ones that were bad; do come to mind. We throw off these thoughts, if we can. Nevertheless, life is about choices and so is faith in Jesus Christ. There is also no doubt that these end time events men’s hearts shall indeed fail them for fear. In World history we have seen tremendous Natural disasters, world wars, and more. Remember when massive storms hit in the past, i.e., Indonesian Tsunami, or Japan’s Tsunami, or the many super hurricanes to hit America’s shores. Moreover, of late America has been face with closures, pandemics, election fraud, and pillaging of our inner cities along with fires.

But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

It is these kinds of events that God uses to shake man out of his coma of indifference and pride. Man, and his technology cannot handle these things. When these things occur, man tries his best to control them, but in the end he fails. We find ourselves mere humans made of flesh that can nothing to stop these things from occurring.

Even in the course of news reports we hear the phrase ‘mother nature’ used a lot. For it is easier to give credence to some power that doesn’t exist, i.e., ‘mother nature’, than to give the full weight of authority to God.  People live in America for example. Understand that people do exist in a society which is rigor in its course to weigh against a higher power such as a God who is shaking the world.  The reporters have producers who have owners and boards to answer to. None want to make someone who doesn’t believe in God mad. So, attributing the events as we have described to God is not done.

Besides this, there is unbelief.  No doubt, the term ‘mother nature’ is probably thought of that power we don’t see, but yet we see its control in the earth.  It is used by many people who give no thought to it. But in fact, ‘mother nature’ is a non-entity. She doesn’t exist so she cannot speak. But the Lord God does exist. In his existence from beginning to end and beyond; he can see, hear, feel, touch, and is a holy righteous God. He is now causing all things to be shaken so that those things which cannot be shaken will remain.  The only ones who will remain will be all those who by faith believe in our God and Father through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

But in these events and end time shaking God’s mercy reaches out. For the most ardent sinner among us can repent and find this God. But soon it won’t be so. A time will come when in the tribulation all the world will worship the Beast. Those who worship him will be the ones that have taken his mark.  Simply put, all humans whose names are not written in the Book of Life of the Lamb will take this mark and will worship the beast. These will be thrown into Lake of fire for their worshipping the beast. This also is good reason for many to fear what is coming especially if they do not accept the gospel of Jesus Christ or will obey it.

And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

Paul speaks to the Romans in the first chapter of the book saying of those who are rebellious against our God and Father and our Lord Jesus Christ that they “did not like to retain God in their knowledge”. This is America today. We do not want any knowledge of a Holy God, so we choose ignorance. We go to churches with profane pastors who appear as angels of light but are servants of darkness. These churches and their congregations follow these leaders and preachers to do those things against God. They live, breathe, and walk in a reprobate mind which is totally against the Lord God. 

America and its churches today have formulated a God that doesn’t hate sin, doesn’t regard sin, and has destroyed hell so everyone no matter what they do will go to heaven. In fact, they have destroyed the gospel, the Son of God Jesus Christ, and are taking steps to take up the mantle to worship the beast when he is revealed. Of course, here we take note; only in their ‘reprobate minds’ have they done all these things. For when they finish their course to hell in this life, then they will meet the Lord Jesus Christ who has the keys to death and hell. At that time, they will then understand that they did not destroy him at all.  It will be then that they will finally understand that the path they took will bring them to this point when the Son of man will say to them these words below.

Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient.

The battle today is the winning of hearts, minds, and souls to the Lord Jesus Christ. To win them from the devil, to keep them from delusion in the world and the harlot church, and to see them come to the full knowledge of the Son of God who loved them and died for them.  On this side of fear, we find faith and deliverance. Man will fear, nations will be afraid, and peoples will stand terrified in these last days, but God has made a provision through the Son of Almighty God for you and me. That provision is faith to walk in his ways, being obedient to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We must walk in both avenues, i.e.; Faith and Obedience unto the end, which means Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and being Obedient to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

It is here that this battle will be given a new level of warfare. That is because ‘Satan’, ‘the Devil’, will be upon the earth. He will have a short time and the measure of battle will heat up to unprecedented levels not seen at any time in history. He will make war with the saints and at the same time bring in a delusion so real that the world will accept him as God and worship him. He will be the true God of lawlessness and those who follow him will be worshipping lawlessness. It is here that our Lord said as we previously put down, “Depart from me you who do lawlessness.”

The delusion at the end of the world for those who don’t believe the truth

Even him, who’s coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

We have many who quote and remember John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life.”  But the verse needs to be taken in context. For it says in in John 3:18 that “he that believeth not on him is condemned already.” Here the keyword is believeth, which means “to have faith in, upon, to believe, commit [to trust]; these are those who have received the Lord according to John 1, and literally trust in, believe upon, cling too, and rely upon for salvation.

• Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
• Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
• Joh 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
• Joh 3:20 For everyone that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

But in this comes obedience with believing. It means to follow your Lord and keep his commandments.  For many don’t believe today and for these people it means they are condemned already. The real condemnation is that they love “darkness” and the “lawless deeds” they do, but reject the light of God’s love, his only begotten Son Jesus Christ. With that they reject his Word as well. It is these who do evil that hate the light. They will not come to light for if they do, their evil deeds are exposed.

Stand by faith not fearful but believe Apocalyptic Faith Battle Perilous Prophetic Times

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

As the events come forth out of the halls of the Lord God, sending judgments into the earth, so men and nations will fear as they see these things occur. In the midst of this is the chief liar who will appear and take their fears and give them a false truth that will make them believe the lies he tells them.  Today we see the events unfolding and it is important for us who obey Gods word and the gospel of Jesus Christ to walk in faith believing and not to be in fear. We must bring the truth to those in this world, even when they walk in fear and confusion concerning all these things that are coming upon the earth. It is a snare and we are the ones who will bring them the light so they can see clearly.  By God’s Grace and Mercy these people can see clearly enough to make a decision to follow the Lord or not.  That is their choice, we made ours. They must make theirs.

• 1Pe_1:5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
• 1Pe_1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
• 1Pe_1:9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
• 1Pe_1:21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
• 1Pe_5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
• 2Pe_1:1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
• 2Pe_1:5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
• 1Jn_5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

In conclusion my friends on this side of fear lay a battle for the souls of men.  Those who are on the Lords side must take a stand in faith believing. This is for the cause of Christ and the souls that will be lost if we ignore this and hide in a hole fearful.  So be strong in the Lord and the power of his might!

Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost
