While time passes, more and more teachers bring forth their own interpretation denying and even going against the words of the #ApostlePaul. Paul gives a direct and #biblical #teaching on this matter in Romans chapter eleven. I may ask just who are these modern day pied pipers who deny or distort the truth of the matter about Israel. The issue for many is simple. I personally know of many who see the Israel of today and all those within their boundaries today as the Jews who were to come into the land again. We must trust the real truth here that involves all people. First and foremost the #MessiahYeshua came through the #lineofDavid and brought #redemption to #Israel and to all the #world. Even though today Israel is blinded, there are still many #MessianicJews today. The Key to all of this again is found in Romans chapter Eleven which we will examine in this episode. (1) I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. (2) God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying, (3) Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life. (4) But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. (5) Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. (6) And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise, grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise, work is no more work. (7) What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded (8) (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day. Thanks Watchman…as a witness to the train wreck known as planet earth. That dingbat said for America to be more like california?? WHAT??? I was stationed at Camp Pendleton for many years, but to retire/stick around there would be madness. You are correct, we should know when we are in God’s favor. And vice versa. There are some hand ringers, who fret daily about being in His will. But He said in Psalms, that He takes me by my right hand, and leads me, even unto glory. He is treating us like a Father, protecting us/compassing us about, even as a shield. And we want this prideful nation to come to repentance, to taste and see how good is the Lord. Our Lord’s peace to you and Tower…Amen.
