As believers, our faith and walk in Christ must be free of evil as this. We are in the world and not of it. We win, herald Christ Jesus, and work to bring the unbelievers to Jesus Christ for redemption. However, we do not walk in the paths of the flesh and uncleanness. The warning is clear, read Jude verses six to seven. Moreover, as we Contend for the Faith the fruits of darkness must not be found in the believers walk or life. We deliver them, cast out demonic entities from them, and show them the Lord changes people from the inside and gives them the Holy Spirit.

Contend for the Faith brings us to the struggle that many Christians’ faces in the world. There are many faiths, but only one leads you to Christ Jesus. When Jude was writing his epistle and verse three, we look at the phrase “you should earnestly contend for” we stop here. This phrase in English is as I wrote it from the KJV of the Bible. The entire phrase is from the Strongs number is the Greek numbers G1909 and G75. The first Greek number G1909 means “to struggle for” while the latter Greek number G75, means to earnestly contend for. It was imperative in this short Epistle that Jude gets the point across to his readers. Jude explains in verse four that certain corrupt men crept into the fellowship. These brought into the group false teachings that were filthy, heralding wantonness. It did not matter what deeds you did, such as in unspeakable evil, lust, and much more.

Thanks Watchman…as a witness to the train wreck known as planet earth. As always, you have packed a lot of valuable knowledge into this 58 minute time span. Absolutely, a spirit of lawlessness pervades America. Well, actually, the entire world. The invasion has corrupted North America/Europe and Australia. When I was in Darwin, I was talking to 2 Aussie mariners (I was on the Kiska). We saw the central park flooded with drunken aboriginees, and nothing can be done about it i.e. wokeness. This was in 2001, so it’s worse now. And this sense of entitlement that we see today, it actually started with the baby boomers in the 1960s. It continued to gather steam, and here we are. Only by repenting to Jesus will one be forgiven; because trouble is fast approaching. Our Lord’s peace to you and Tower, Amen.
