In a world filled with newspapers, television news, internet news, and the social age of digital smartphones and computers; we find that the focus is out of balance. Even in a such a world you would think that people can be informed and know what is happening. We have the example of the famous ‘selfie’ where on social media it is the rage to take a picture of oneself as you enjoy the day.

That focus today is also true in America, we have lost focus of the important issues. Today the news is about Trump and the radically charged spoiled brats who call themselves liberals, anti-Trumpers, and Democrats. They fiercely guard their right to speak, act out aggression against Donald Trump, and make their views known over social media. In DC, the apt name of the Swamp is no different as our political leaders are like a high school team who is jealous of one another. There is nothing more important in America today to many people than to get rid of Trump.
That said, it is apparent that other issues are left in the dust bin of collective rejection. Simply because we are so inwardly focused, so spoiled about our own rights, and pushing violence to get our way in America today. America as it has been said so many times here; is divided! America, it is said, many times; faces civil war! Threats, no exaggeration here is seen from the godless and immoral reactions of Democrats who act more like fools than anyone with a real ax to grind. It is here that because of this devilish hatred, ungodly childish antics, and immoral political agendas that we really see how far America has fallen. Pushed by the likes of political powerhouse machines like George Soros funding, Obama’s push to offset Trump, and the likes of Hillary among others we see that the effect of this civil disobedience is intended to bring a change in America. To disband our rights and privileges under the constitution, to follow civil disobedience. Be certain the intent is the same as communist red agents did in the thirties. That is to bring this nation and its leaders to their knees.
It is apparently true, that even with the most advanced communications and technology; people are still ill informed. Maybe because they don’t care! Perhaps because they only focus on one thing. It is true that the world with such technology has become self-centered.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat, I had a hard time putting this book down. It has a few surprises along the way. I have to say there are a few characters that are my favorite, the Uncle, Tiger, the Uncle's best friend, the Pastor and his wife and the relative of the Uncle. Steel the Darkness is an enjoyable read and leaves the ending wide open for another one. The Col is an evil man, one that seems to be out for only one thing, The destruction of human souls. Will he prevail or will the faith of the People fighting against the darkness win?

Steel the Darkness is a Radical Biblical Christian story with roots in today’s events. While the characters are varied, the events and the situation is plausible.
We find the Hitleresque leader known as the “Colonel” heading up the blood thirsty battle to assassinate and destroy the Remnant. The Remnant is headed up by the “Rev”. As the Colonel is bloodthirsty and a cold-blooded assassin; the Reverend is dedicated to protecting the biblical foundation and values he grew up with.
