We will begin with the Apostle Paul discussing the Planting the seed done by Paul, the watering of that seed by Apollos, and finally God giving the increase. The most important aspect of this is the source of our message. That is Jesus Christ our Lord, Savior, and the One called the “Almighty” in Revelation chapter one. His reward is with Him and our job, all believer’s duty, is to relay, teach, preach, talk, witness, write, and do all you can to tell the world of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Labor and Reward is a concept that is not only recognized in the world of economics, but it is a major proponent of a good economy and prosperous nation. However, when looking at the gospel we find that the co-laborers of Jesus Christ, one being the Apostle Paul Planted the seed, meaning here the #preaching, #teaching, of the #Gospel of #Jesus #Christ. Apollos then watered the fertile soil of the gospel in the #hearts of people who had heard the word via Paul’s ministry. #Paul #planted the #seed in the hearts of people and #Apollos #watered that seed through His ministry. In the end, and because of the ministry work in the hearts of people; #God added the increase, and the harvest was ready. But the #foundation of all of it was the person of #ChristJesus, the #GospelofChrist, and the work of the #HolySpirit honoring the #Word and bringing in the #harvestofsouls. Even today it is occurring on a global basis. This is going on even as #persecution of #Christians is at an all-time high from my own reckoning and the reports that come in. Thanks Watchman…as a witness to the train wreck known as planet earth. That Psalm 34 that you referred to, I have actually used that quite a bit. The terms broken heart/contrite spirit means just that. I have asked people if they were eternally saved, and they gave me some watered down/lukewarm response. I have asked if their heart was broken, that their spirit was crushed, and did they cry out to the Lord. Well no, they say. These folks actually paid lip service to calling on the Lord i.e. this easy believism. America is filled with folks just like this. They fill churches that want to be more “relevant” to modern day society. Instead of preaching the word, and being Christ centered, they chase after politics/social causes/economical issues etc. And they are being manipulated into accepting this u.n. kommunist filth. This has been going on since the 1960s, and we now see how successful the agents of satan have been. But we true believers will trust the Lord, no matter how bad things get. Our Lord’s peace to you and Tower…Amen.
