Here we look at the in-depth teaching of Paul concerning Israel, the gospel, the gentiles, and those who are believers in Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Massiach. It is something that many do overlook in this world. The fact is in your face. It is summed up by one phrase. First a question, then a short answer. Later he teaches on this in the latter end of Romans. Throughout, he has laid out the groundwork for this teaching. No doubt, this is one of the greatest redemptive chapters. One of the best prophetic layers given in scripture for the end of days.

I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying, Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life. But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

Thanks Watchman…as a witness to the train wreck known as planet earth. Of course these America hating communists are selective on whom they criticize. They turn a blind eye to the true butchers around the world, and just concentrate on Israel. And they are leading America into a meat grinder, far worse than it is even today. But God does have a remnant, even the 7000 men who would not bend their knees to baal. And there is a remnant in America, and there are those who are coming to the Lord daily. As you stated, tough times make people focus. It is neccessary for us to concentrate on the Lord; not getting bogged down on the outrageous crimes of the dummycrat/communists, but having total faith in the Lord, pulling us through.
