“Life Expression in its simplest form is simply life in words” — The Watchman Dana G Smith

WIBR/WARN Ministry Warning a Generation, Heralding the Second Coming of Yeshua. WIBR Warn Radio Warn-USA.com Biblical standards for a nonstandard world!

No matter how dark, stained, sinful, and rebellious you are or have been, through the Messiah Yeshua; Jesus Christ the promise flowed to redeem mankind from the curse and death. Free Born or Slave, Children of the Promise come from all levels of society, all races, and all nations. What is more; you know that you are set free if you have become redeemed! Most of the known world doesn’t know they have an opportunity. Whether they are free, born in a free country or born a slave, they can be a Child of Promise.  Today let us first look at two words that help to make the whole context of the Child of the Promise. These words are vile and vitality.

Vile: Merriam-Webster defines it as morally despicable or abhorrent. Foul, Obnoxious, Contemptible

Vitality: From the Latin word vita, meaning life. Vitality is life, health, youth, or the ability to live or exist.

Here we have two forces that are opposites. Vile is morally despicable, foul, or contemptible. It is something that is around us and today we can find it in human society. It is in our government, our religions, and many lives of humans that use freedom of expression and thought to be whom they choose. Unbelievably, people live vile disgusting and abhorrent lives but have convinced themselves and society that it is okay to be this way. The antonym of Vile is pleasant, noble, or praiseworthy. These terms can describe people, a society, an experience. So vile is the opposite of pleasant or being noble, and certainly there is nothing praiseworthy about Vile.

On the other hand, Vitality means life. It is the opposite. It is health, youth, and the real ability to live out your lives with proverbial gusto. It is good and doesn’t enter the realm of morality. Vile absolutely does not represent vitality and life. It can describe a life in the context of morality.

Two terms, two paths, and a choice to make. Do I proceed in life following the societal rule of morals and accept the Vile fruit of that many people reveal daily? Do I live my life with Vitality, gusto, and follow those things that give life?

However, in this life it is not as simple as Vile and Vitality. In this context many vile people live for a long time doing despicable things, thus being Vile and having the Vitality or the ability to live or exist is also in the mix here. Although vitality sounds moral, it is only moral in standing with the world and the ability to live in it. As Christians our morality is never valued in the terms of the world, but in God’s Word and found in Christ Jesus. As Christians we can lead the Life of Christ Jesus and live with vitality and gusto in our service to him.

Here is an example which follows.

When Samuel the Prophet was a baby, his mother promised the Lord that she would give her son to the Lord. She did this to fulfil a promise to the Lord for giving her a child. Little Samuel was raised in the Tabernacle at Shiloh with Eli the chief Priest. The priesthood of Eli was paramount in Israel for the people, yet Eli did not reprimand his sons for the Vile things they did in the tabernacle. The faith, the temple, and God were too common to them, and they did not consider the course of holiness at all.  The Priesthood had become vile!

In that day I will perform against Eli all things which I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin, I will also make an end. For I have told him that I will judge his house for ever for the iniquity which he knoweth; because his sons made themselves vile, and he restrained them not.

1Sa 3:12-13 Free Born or Slave, Children of the Promise

Thus, one-night God gave little Samuel a visit and told him that he would judge Eli’s house forever because of the iniquity. Iniquity Eli knew about and did nothing about it. That iniquity was performed by his sons in the Tabernacle. The Lord said he did this “because his sons made themselves vile, and he restrained them not.”  Eli’s sons had brought a curse upon themselves because they made themselves vile or cursed. They became despised in the eyes of the Lord and what they were doing was now in the light and contemptible before God. He would judge them all, remove them from their posts, and stop this cursed behavior. In plain English, the Priesthood had become the place of filth!

The place for this was Shiloh and at Shiloh, little Samuel grew, and the LORD was with Him. Samuel became one of Israel’s greatest prophets although he was raised amidst sin and a curse. God knew how to separate that which was holy from the defiled and vile. When Eli and his Sons were killed, his daughter in law who was wife of Phinehas delivered a child. She named him Ichabod, saying “the glory is departed from Israel.” The Ark had been taken, her father-in-law and her husband both killed. Thus, she said the “glory is departed from Israel”.

In truth the glory and the blessing of God departed from Shiloh long before the judgment came. She never realized the danger and neither did others in Israel. No one knew except little Samuel and Eli. We see here a classic example of that which is Vile and has Vitality. In the vile, Eli and his sons brought a curse upon themselves. In Vitality, these priests had nothing pure and living about them; yet they persisted in their sins and still lived a life. While the people of Israel accepted Eli and his Sons as priests and continued their lives, the priesthood before God was bankrupt.

Moreover, this describes the wicked every day. But it also describes how faith and those who call our God and Lord their savior can indeed fall away, becoming vile. It directly speaks to the whore church and its leadership. Those who look like, sound like, and are considered Christians and leaders but who are really in rebellion against the Lord. Both the wicked and those Christians who ignore these truths persist in wickedness, live lives that seem blessed but in truth are Vile before God. In America especially, we do not consider anything truly vile except those who hold to Gods truth the bible and take it literally!

The Apostle Paul’s writings in Romans Chapter one has become a section that many nations today don’t like to hear.  It describes man and his efforts to follow that which is vile and dishonor their own bodies “between themselves.” To change Gods truth and make it a “lie”.  The nation becomes those who worship the proverbial human creature instead of the creator. Many times, giving God lip service or serving other Gods. But there is only one True and Living God our Father and only one Begotten Son of God: Jesus [Yeshua] Christ. In Romans one Paul says because of the sins of man, “God gave them up unto vile affections”!  In this verse it also says, “even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature”!

In Romans 1:31 and 2 Timothy 3:3 we find Paul saying characteristics of those living in the last days would be “without natural affection”!  The Greek word [astorgos] is usually associated with parents to children who do not have the strong natural love for their children. Understand that people have natural God given affection for their children and for others.  This is common to humanity; however, we find that human natural affection turns to unnatural affection.

It is exactly this behavior that we have been seeing for decades now in America and around the world. It is unnatural, deprived, fleshly, carnal, and vile what men and women do before the Lord God. What is more, the issue of Pride is also paramount in the sins of a society that defends their depravity and shakes their fist at God and anyone else who sees it as wicked. This alone, the Pride of the wicked will destroy any society. As well the Pride of Churches and Christians in accepting this behavior and refusing to issue biblical mandates to bring it into the light will also bring Gods judgment on a nation.

Of this today, we truly see the confused state of women and men, their roles, and what is clean and what is vile. Today we as believers live among that which is Vile, yet wickedness does not end. The rebels with a cause today are against the Lord and his anointed, see Psalm chapter two. They delight in their perversions while true believers are “vexed” in their soul from having to live among this cursed behavior. While our souls can find it hard to bear, hard to live for God, and even harder to put up with this nonsense. But man can find forgiveness and Gods mercy, however; many people refuse to repent, loving darkness more than light.

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Rom 1:24-26 | Free Born or Slave, Children of the Promise

Today the world is full of two kinds of people. One is free born, people born free to live, make choices, and have a life. They may live in a socialist, communist, or democratic nation; but nonetheless they are free to live, follow the rules, and have a life. To all men, God in his providence has allowed man time to live on earth and to make choices. These decisions have to do with life or death.  Simply read Deuteronomy for this. The others in life are slaves, those who are either literal slaves held captives or those who are held as captives or slaves to desires and sins.

Despite man’s rebellion God has made a way for all people to be the “children of the promise”! Because of Jesus Christ and his work on the cross, former sinful Gentiles and Jews can and have become the children of the promise.

The Apostle Paul made a choice to become a follower of Christ. His choice was a 360-degree turnaround. The difference was night and day. One day connected to the High Priest, taught of Gamaliel, and part of the Sanhedrin; Paul was powerful and respected. Destroying the new church of Jesus Christ, Paul finally met his match when the Lord appeared to him. Paul was a changed man. As he relates in Galatians, he asks “do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. For Paul it was a simple choice, serve Christ and not man. Please the Lord and not men!

For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

Gal 1:10 | Do you please man or God? Free Born or Slave, Children of the Promise

It was this Apostle who along with the Apostle Peter and the boys who took the world by storm with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Former slaves, freeborn Romans, and others who had been held captive in their sins and not knowing any promises of God were now brought into the fold of Christ and of God. They found out that “in the fulness of time”, “God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.”  In John one it says, “he went to his own and they received him not, but to as many as did receive him; to them gave he power to become the sons of God.” This was the change. This was hope. This was the truth. They were now “heirs of God through Christ”!

As a result, the Apostle to the gentiles said “and because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.”

But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Gal 4:4-7 | Free Born or Slave, Children of the Promise | You are an Heir of God through Christ

Although Paul called himself the servant of Christ, it was his choice. He had followed the Lord, but really, he had become a Son. Today all who did as scripture says of Abraham that he “believed God” will find that as Abraham so we will be. The faith in Christ Jesus and his work will be to us “accounted to him [us] for righteousness.” As we receive the Lord as in John chapter one, being born again by the Spirit of God John chapter three, confessing our sins as Romans chapter 3-7; we find our belief triggers our account of sin to be turned to righteousness and our confession of sin to God forgiving us. Our repentance to follow Christ and his commands will herald in our obedience and discipleship to the Lord as we live for him in this godless and rebellious world. Thus, as Paul says we believe, we are of faith, and thus are the “children of Abraham”. Again, Paul says, “they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham”!

Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, in thee shall all nations be blessed. So, then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Gal 3:6-9 | Free Born or Slave, Children of the Promise | They which are of faith are the children of Abraham

This teaching and truths of Paul and the rest of the Apostles is what made the Jews mad. It also makes the world angry. We fight the battle, but it is one of faith propelled by the Spirit of God as we walk in obedience to him. Our struggles, our lives, and living among the vile and detestable is part of our being faithful to the Lord. However, lest we become prideful; we all were once under the penalty of sin. We were lost with no hope nor promise.

As “Isaac was, are we now the children of promise.” Those who accept God’s gift of the Messiah Yeshua, Jesus Christ believing; have become the children of promise. Know that to Abraham was born two sons. Ishmael after the flesh was not the one of the promise, but the seed of promise flowed through Isaac. It was to Isaac that the chosen one was to come from and through the Spirit the promise was fulfilled. It is today for believers. Christians who accept, believe, and follow the Lord are not of the bondwoman who bore Ishmael, but of Isaac from which the promise flowed. Because we have believed, the promise has brought life and sonship unto God for us who were living in sins and without hope. Today we wait for the Hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ, and we wait by faith believing that God will do as he has said.  For God is not man that he should lie.

Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.   But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now. Nevertheless, what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.

Gal 4:28-31| Free Born or Slave, Children of the Promise

In conclusion, Free Born or Slave; you are the Children of Promise if you have received the Lord Jesus Christ, believing upon him, and following him having been born of the Spirit of God. Today it is our duty and the battle we wage is by faith and the Word of God. We let this world know that despite the rebellion; they will be at either the mercy or the judgment of God through Christ. You cannot have it both ways. Either you are a son of promise or a son of the flesh and condemned to the law of sin which will bring death upon all. Christ Jesus is the only Hope, the only Way, and the only Truth there is today.

Amidst all the lies, the rebellion, the vile and disgusting things that go on today; there is hope and that Hope is in Christ Jesus and your repentance and belief in his work on the cross.  Remember it was the Son of the flesh that killed the Son of Promise. Cain slew Able, Ishmael to this day hates his brother the Jew born out of Isaac, and Ishmael also kills Christians who are bonded to God through Christ. We also are of Isaac, the Son of Promise. This is the battle! One day it will end, and we shall be glorified. Jew or Gentile, male or female; we are all one in Christ Jesus to the glory of our God and Father.
