Perilous Times are the focus in the Epistles of Timothy Pt4. It was a day and age that was hard to bear. Believers found that their soul and heart were vexed by the sheer magnitude of sin and iniquity. Today in the world we face many of the same challenges. We live in a time that is full of division, hate, violence, murders, and false doctrines. Not to mention the backslidden whore church. Contented Godliness is the issue here in Part three of our Timothy series. Many in the Roman empire were contented, rich, and loved the hedonism of their day. But the growing new faith of Christianity met head on with the society and the government. Paul calls out to the believers to address godliness and being content.
