Christian Discernment Frogs, Folly, Truth brings upfront the issue of societies of men. In America, we are also at risk. There is no doubt today, society is lawless. But years ago, there were voices who warned of these days. Many of those like David Wilkerson and  R.W. Schambach  I listen to while in Bible School. As I followed the call of the Lord on my life, the resonating message to America and the church was to Repent. It has never changed in all that time. But the truth that is also evident is that within the church has been those who follow ‘folly’ and lead others to do so as well.   Be sure Judgment will begin at the House of the Lord and if those who believe barely survive where will the sinners and the ungodly stand. Or as the Apostle Paul said, “Knowing the Terror of the Lord, I persuade men”!

Here, those in darkness; i.e. do not know our God and Father nor his Only begotten Son Jesus Christ need to have spiritual Revelation from the Spirit of God. Just as the Apostle Paul who consented to the death of martyr Steven, but later on the way to Damascus received a vision that revealed the truth. He thus, followed the Way of those he persecuted. Many today experience this!

However, the goods, trades, and commerce that poured from the Phoenician coast flooded the Mediterranean all the way to Spain. Due to transgressions amidst pride that blinded the people trouble came. They had also forgotten the brotherly covenant according to Amos. But in this whole region invasions by Nebuchadnezzar and the power of the Assyrians; the area found perilous times.

How about wickedness, is it real or just a fabrication of some religious nut! Today in America and many parts of the world we see no sin in sin. This is especially true of the West, in America anything goes today. The mistake many in the civilized world have is that we are too technical and modern to face an old testament type judgment.
