Pitch Black and Stubborn as Hell

The Ship of State begins with a something Cal Thomas said in a recent article titled ‘California Demons’ [i] addressing ongoing issues with California saying it is “becoming a failed state.” My knowledge of California is based on our family history. My dad came to our state and married my mother and suddenly the former Californian who was raised on Catalina was now a mountain state son. He told me that he “moved from California because they were crazy then.”

Pitch Black and Stubborn as Hell

Today, California along with a few others would be the last place on earth to go live, as far as I am concerned. California Demons reminds me of a popular song by the Mama’s and the Pappa’s called California Dreamin[ii]. California has wandered a far distance those times. One references the dark side which California has become, while the other reminds me of the sixties and the simpler times.

Moreover, socialist and woke policies have destroyed many areas. Biden is no help neither are the woke governors all of whom, again I believe this to be so, who let Antifa, BLM, and others parade around, riot, and protest. We all saw the fires in many areas where these woke socialist-Marxists are allowed to get away with their nonsense. Thus, we find in America it is Pitch black and those who are destroying this country are those who are “stubborn as hell.”

Again, for me and I believe for many others in America it is Pitch Black and those on the ship of state are stubborn as hell. No place else can you find such a stark contrast between the America as it used to be and what it is today than California. The sad truth is the rest of America is becoming like the Failed State which Cal Thomas began his article with.

I see what is happening like a ship in a storm. The crew is divided in this ship of state while the seas are rough. The ship is listing to one side while the ship is flooding from the top down. It is black as night and the ship continues in the dark stormy sea around them.  As the voyagers continue, they argue about the correct course of action to take. The division is so great that it gets violent. Suddenly the captain screams “it is pitch black and stubborn as hell. I cannot steer this ship anymore and she is on her own.” 

Soon, a tremendous crash is heard as the ship begins sinking and directly ahead through the rain, wind, and as lightening cracks the sky with brightness you can see the ship. The ship is stuck fast and although she is taking on water, the ship is afloat for now. A Massive Reef and dangerous rocks jut out of the water as you can clearly see the bow rammed with the jagged obstacles. This ship is going nowhere and there are no other signs of life on the seas. For now, this stuck ship sets where it is fastened by the rocks as the entire structure weaves, cracks, and heaves in the storm. The crew are all up front waiting. The stress signal given over shortwave, but who knows if anyone heard their mayday call.  

And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand. KJV

In the sea of this troubled world, many nations stand or fall by their own citizens. As in the case of China, communists took the nation over in 1949 following the Chinese Civil war. Thus, the communists made the decision for the rest of the citizens that the current republic of China would be communist driven by the Communist Party of China. Chaing Kai-shek, also known as Jian Zongzheng and Jian Jieshi was first a politician, later the military leader. He moved his group to Taiwan and ruled till his death in 1975.   The Communist Party of China became the ruling entity for all China. A side note, the nationalists of Chaing Kai-shek ruling China before the civil war had a major issue. History makes note that thousands of communists and their sympathizers were killed. It is estimated that around 800, 000 were killed. This is thought to have led to the civil war where Chaing Kai-shek and the nationalists were driven out. They wound up in Taiwan[iv].

Moreover, when I was a child and up till a teenager China was known by all the adults as Red China. It was Red, with a red flag and yellow communist symbols.  The flag has a large yellow star in the upper left corner which stood for the Communist Party. The four smaller stars stood for the working class, the peasantry, the petty bourgeoisie, and the national bourgeoisie aka as the shi, nong, gong, shang. The Flag[v] of Communist China is well known today and many forget it was forged out of Marxism.

I remember distinctly a Communist Christmas decoration[vi] hanging from the White House Christmas tree during President Obama’s tenure as the Pres. I have research this and found the guy [vii]who decorated it. This is a sidenote, none the less everyone who saw the ornament saw the White House endorsing China’s former strongman Mao. This is a small issue, but the public at times notices everything. I do insert what I believe to be that truth, and this is no secret that many of todays youth are enamored with socialism. They openly tout Chinese or Russian communism. Then there are the south American countries who openly are socialist. Now the target is America.

These are the same youth that don’t consider World War one or two. I remember discussing these wars with my neighbour and how American soldiers died for our freedoms. He was firm about his view that no soldiers died for our freedoms, let alone for America. He was much too young at the time to even be born back then.  My dad was a navy medic in the South Pacific, he saw firsthand the Americans who died there, both men and women. What is more, my Grandfather was on Catalina as the forest Ranger, kept the seas clear of poachers and smugglers. When Japan hit Pearl Harbor, every American feared that America was next. My Grandfather told my dad to “get the rifle and go down to the Wharf and shoot anything coming out of the sky”. At this Dad did go there, but thank the Lord he had nothing to worry about.

Sin is not in the [viii]color of the Skin. Sin is that which is within!

 And the one idea is how we are going to exterminate white people. Because that, in my estimation, is the only conclusion I have come to. We have to exterminate white people off of the face of the planet to solve this problem.

But wait, while we see American values waning, abortion is a national fight, and killing babies is now seen as an offering to Satan by the youth who are infatuated with the liar of all liars the Devil, Satan, Lucifer, the beast. We can also count the blacks, like the one which made the news saying he wanted a race war so he could kill whites. This immediately recalls back in 1968, I was in the Navy stationed in San Diego. While there I went to a home cooked meal, which I had been invited to by a certain young woman whom I met. I met her family and later she sat opposite me as we discussed things with her dad. He then warned that blacks were wanting power to overthrow America and enslave the whites. I argued with him over that.

Today, there are those who want to precisely do that. Many others want to overthrow America period. Just do a web search on Killing Whites and see how popular “Killing Whites” has become an idea to consider. The point here is people shoot back. Do these who profess such murder really believe that in all carnage that they will have a peaceful America or some other nation in it’s place? If they do believe that, then the word ‘foolish’ comes to mind. Today we have white & black supremacists, Mexican cartels, and many other groups who would join in on this. When the smoke clears, the carnage would be even worse. That is because our nation is also sought as a prize by Communist China and Russia as well. Not to forget that many others would want this nation.

As for Cal Thomas we find his conclusion[x] that “to many voters are content with letting the stink continue.” Herein is the problem. The stink he refers to is the homelessness, the pooping on every open area, and the worst problem of homelessness in the nation. Not to forget the cataclysmic number of Californians leaving the state. Then we see the economic problems. In short, Gov. Newsom is also the reason things are so bad. But really, California has many issues and Pooping is not the issue here. The issue are politicians who represent well financed individuals with a personal cause is upfront. These people buy politicians and do not care a whit for the nation or the people. Gov. Newsom’s policies are like many other Soros appointed politicians[xi] who follow woke socialist agendas aimed at destroying America. Soros goal is to bring down America. Here is an article and a picture of Nancy Pelosi with George Soros and his son[xii]. Just ponder why Pelosi is worth millions and got richer as she stayed in Congress. The Pelosi mansion stands as a beacon for all the homeless on the street who live in the shadow of her home. For Nancy though, this is just one of her homes. Pelosi is a more than a millionaire[xiii].

Too many Americans are not open to ideas and policies that challenge their own. How does that attitude work in any other area of life? In business, if a sales plan isn’t working, most owners would try another plan. Only in politics and government is failure not a sufficient reason to try something else. [xiv]

We now pause for a breather. It also means we are done looking at these issues and the threat to this nation. The truth is, while there are Democrats let me also point out the Republicans and other political groups in this country. While there are socialists, Marxists, and other groups wanting to take America has a prize, there are more than you think. Be sure to include Christian, Jewish, and other religions in this nation. I would give a guess here that they do not relish a socialist or Marxist America. There are also multi-millionaires in great numbers and some are not like the well-known Soros who gives money to destroy America. Now, be sure this is my opinion on Soros. If he is good and does not intend to do harm to this nation, let him say so. Let him speak on supporting politicians who support open borders, allow criminals to go free, and many other issues.

Enough said. Now I address the fact that I am a Watchman, a preacher, a teacher, and a writer, publisher, and keep our two websites going[xv]. The one item I bring up now is this one. These scriptures are found in context with John chapter three and verse sixteen through verse twenty-one. They concern the fact that the light has come into the world. This [xvi]light is Jesus, Yeshua, the Christ. Here we find that the light, Jesus Christ has come into the world for a reason which is, to save those who are lost. However, the issue is that people love darkness rather than light. Today in America and the world many nations are filled with the deeds of darkness. The point is that myriads of individuals are evil and lost in the sight of God.. They do not come to the Light, Jesus Christ here; because if they do their evil deeds will be condemned and exposed by this Light. Those who do come to Christ Jesus and his light find their deeds exposed to that light and they repent of them. Thus revealing their deeds are now become plain or manifest that they are wrought or fashioned and fixed in God.  The nation called America was once a great light, today is has lost the glitter and hope that brought many to this nation.

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Today, this country has allowed the wokeness, socialism, lawlessness, and outrage of liberal minded anything goes generations of young people to go viral. Many of the leaders of this nation embrace their push. In the process we find every sort of evil promoted. That which is evil is called good and that which is good is called evil. As it stands America and it’s people are found wanting in respect to Gods judgment and his blessing. The Lord God is the governor of the nations and he is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; also known as our Father as presented to us by Jesus Christ in the Gospels. The judgment on the nations and the presiding of nations before God is dependent on their being allowed to continue. Today, in the new covenant people can repent before our God and Father and find forgiveness and healing in Jesus Christ, Yeshua our Lord. Even if a nation finds itself in Judgment, the Lord will take care of his people. These are those found in Jesus Christ our Lord. But even these children of God, as we know from the prophets can find themselves in judgment as Isaiah and Jeremiah point out about Judah, its sins and ultimately being sent in judgment into Babylon for 70 years. God brought them back at the appropriate time and restored them. 

Today in the new covenant we face a great time of tribulation and a coming dark one. This is an unprecedented time of evil, lawlessness, and judgment. I do not cover this in-depth or the full prophetic scope of things. But today is the day to repent before our God and Father through Jesus Christ our Lord. Our deeds must be in the Light and in accordance with the acceptance of our God and Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. Whether you are a Christian or not, this is the Truth. The deception comes and all who are not found in the Book of Life of the Lamb will be found wanting. This will be both physical and spiritual death.

The nation known as America can still be healed and move forth in Gods favor. This depends on the true believers in Jesus Christ, who are the church; the ecclesia, and the called-out ones. If that nation who faces judgment turns from their sins, then the Lord will repent of those things he would do as he moves forward in their judgment. He will turn and bless that nation. Read the full scope of how God deals with nations below. The final point is, the troubles of America lay not in the socialists, Marxists, open borders, or other issues. The trouble is the sin and lawlessness controlling the hearts of people and its leaders.

At what instant I shall speak [xviii]concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it;  (8)  If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.  (9)  And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;  (10)  If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

Jer 18:7-10 

This then is the message which we have heard of him[xix], and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.  (6)  If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: (7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.  (8)  If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.  (9)  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
