Verified Purchase I have read this book thoroughly, and it is quite a page turner. The author, Dana Glenn Smith, wrote The Rising before all the riots erupted across America. He doesn't have a crystal ball, but he relies on the input provided by our Lord. Some folks will ask if it is possible for treasonous forces inside America to be actively trying to bring America down. The forces of the evil darkness will do whatever it takes, to satisfy their dark lord. Pick up The Rising, you'll be glad that you did.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat, I had a hard time putting this book down. It has a few surprises along the way. I have to say there are a few characters that are my favorite, the Uncle, Tiger, the Uncle's best friend, the Pastor and his wife and the relative of the Uncle. Steel the Darkness is an enjoyable read and leaves the ending wide open for another one. The Col is an evil man, one that seems to be out for only one thing, The destruction of human souls. Churches Could Talk, if it were true what would they say? The Lord said in Luke chapter 19 and verse forty "I tell that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out." In Numbers chapter twenty-two and verse 28 the LORD "opened the mouth of the ass, and she said unto Balaam..." In this I have written a satirical, poetical, Article to reveal a point. It is here that our Christian Heritage which reveals to us of our brothers and sisters in the faith who have gone before us. Rejoicing in Hope also lays out a few more important living and personal admonitions for believers. These are to be a natural flow, a constant peaceable and sure aim to be at peace with all people. Anyone can argue, hate, despise, however as Christians we must walk a walk that lines with the words of the Apostle here in his writing to the Romans.

Rejoicing in Hope calls upon the truth of all Ages, Jesus Christ is our Hope, Help, and Deliverer. Rejoicing in Hope also leads us to the declaring the truth to which we walk in. We are forgiven, not just to do nothing but to actively tell others of our Hope. As well we declare, pray, and support our brethren in Christ. It is to this we cover the believers in Bangladesh, Egypt, and the Iranians. In this we find Christians globally can rejoice, have peace, and know the Lord even amidst our persecutor. Romans lets us know in chapter twelve, verses sixteen to eighteen truths to which we must give heed to. This follows immediately. “Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” Note the last line here admonishing us to “Live peaceable with all men” (People).

Further, when cursed by the enemy we Bless and also will rejoice with all those who rejoice, yet also ready to give aid and comfort so that those who weep will find our hearts in tune and we weep in a support and love aspect given to aid and lead others to the truth of Christ Jesus. We find this in Romans chapter twelve, verses twelve through fifteen. It follows! “Rejoicing in #hope; #patient in #tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to #hospitality. #Blessthem which persecute you: bless, and curse not. Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.” #RejoicinginHope
