Verified Purchase I have read this book thoroughly, and it is quite a page turner. The author, Dana Glenn Smith, wrote The Rising before all the riots erupted across America. He doesn't have a crystal ball, but he relies on the input provided by our Lord. Some folks will ask if it is possible for treasonous forces inside America to be actively trying to bring America down. The forces of the evil darkness will do whatever it takes, to satisfy their dark lord. Pick up The Rising, you'll be glad that you did.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat, I had a hard time putting this book down. It has a few surprises along the way. I have to say there are a few characters that are my favorite, the Uncle, Tiger, the Uncle's best friend, the Pastor and his wife and the relative of the Uncle. Steel the Darkness is an enjoyable read and leaves the ending wide open for another one. The Col is an evil man, one that seems to be out for only one thing, The destruction of human souls. Steadfast Faith greets this week’s Warn Radio broadcast of the Persecuted Church. Alongside the Steadfast faith we find Enduring Hope that is needed by the believers during the heat of burning persecution. In areas today like the Middle East and North Africa we find Isis hunting down Christians and giving them a choice to reject Christianity and become a Muslim or die. It is a plain truth that we see Hunting Christians as a duty by warring jihadists. This is where Gods Word and Faith in Christ arrives to assure the Christian believer that the Gospels warned the Christians of coming persecution. Here the Christians in nations today face horrific persecution, being burned out of house, home, church and murdered in the end of the attack. It is neither a short warring event nor something the nations can continue to ignore. It is time to spread the Gospel of Christ, Warning the nations as well of this endtime jihad, and to understand Peters warning and exhortation in First Peter chapter five, verses six to eight saying “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: (7) Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. (8) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” The time is here, it has arrived! Awaken to the Truth, Seek the Lord, and pray for the persecuted Church. Also spread the Gospel to all around you. Make sure you understand many Muslims have come to faith in Jesus Christ. I know personally of former Muslims who are in tough areas and spreading the Gospel despite the dangers of death.

Steadfast Faith stands in the gap between the persecuted Believers and those who hate the gospel and those who follow it. Early Christians were thrown to the lions and crowds filled the coliseum in early Rome to watch the believers thrown to the lions. Those were the days of #heavyhatred and #persecutionofChristians. Today we see vast persecution of Christians on a global scale with many nations and leaders doing little to stop this going on. The Main issue is Islamic Jihad going after #Christians and their #families, #children, and everything they may have. All the while many Leaders of nations do nothing to stop this #genocide going on. Peter in his first epistle, chapter five and verses nine through ten addresses Christians telling them that the #devil is about seeking whom he #maydevour; “(9) Whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. (10) But the #God of all #grace, who hath called us unto his #eternalglory by #ChristJesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.” This is the day and hour that many nations are facing their own troubles, this too is related to Islam as Muslims move to take over entire nations. Many moved into these nations years ago and today work politically to take over nations they occupy. This is a coming global jihad against the former #Christiannations who today have ignored the warnings. The #persecutedbelievers at the hand of #Muslimjihadists stand as a warning to the #Westernchurch and #governments. Wake up! Don’t just sit there! #SteadfastFaith.
